AOD-9604 (Advanced Obesity Drug 9604) is a synthetic 16-amino-acid C-terminal peptide fragment derived from human Growth Hormone (specifically residues 177–191 with an added C-terminal tyrosine).

Originally developed in Australia in the 1990s, it was designed to isolate the lipolytic (fat-burning) properties of natural Growth Hormone (hGH) while completely stripping away its effects on growth, IGF-1 elevation, and blood sugar control.
